What is it? Redefining Monday, a companion to my book “Secrets of a Happy Healthy Working Girl: A Small Change Approach to Wellness at Work”, is a 21 day program designed to shift your perspective on the daily grind and bring your work life and home life back into balance. It is entirely online so you can check in at your leisure, wherever you are in the world!

Who Should Join: Anyone who is ready to REDEFINE MONDAY! Topics include:

How it Works: My programs are run completely online, so you can sign up from anywhere in the world! You will get an email every morning for 21 days, loaded with valuable information, activities and resources. You will have ongoing access to a private Facebook group where you and your fellow Happy Healthy Working Girls (and Guys) can inspire each other, to help you continue to build on your success beyond the 21 days. Having a good support system is crucial to your success! I will check in regularly and I encourage you to share your goals, your wins and your setbacks as much as possible.

When Does it Start? It starts Monday! Whatever day you register, expect your first module to appear in your inbox the following Monday.
