Redefining Monday, a companion to my book “Secrets of a Happy Healthy Working Girl: A Small Change Approach to Wellness at Work”, is a 21 day program designed to shift your perspective on the daily grind and bring your work life and home life back into balance. It is entirely online so you can check in at your leisure, wherever you are in the world!

You will have ongoing access to a private Facebook group where you and your fellow Happy Healthy Working Girls (and Guys) can inspire each other, to help you continue to build on your success beyond the 21 days.
